Waste disposal

The refuse disposal shall come under the responsibility if the exhibitor/organizer. Failing to do so shall incur following charges:
For each container item 87.00 € with a capacity of 0,5 qm


Miscellaneous

- Any exhibition assemblies shall be kept at a distance of at least 50 cm from the walls and shall not exceed a point load of 500 kg per qm.
- Any technical requirements, such as the required wattage or water connections, shall exclusively be installed by firms commissioned by the hotel. Please inform the hotel about your technical requirements at least 2 weeks in advance.
