The freight lift (loading capacitiy 3.500kg) is located at the backside of the hotel and can be reached via the Rheinuferstraße. It leads directly to the stage of hall 1/

Electricity
220 Volt, 50 Hertz, 16 Ampere and 400 Volt, 50 Hertz, 32 Ampere in all conference rooms. In the conference area, the large halls and the glass gallery additional 400, 250; 125 and 63 ampere connections on request.
Technical Equipment in the conference area
Stages in hall 1 and 2.
Several ceiling suspensions in hall 1, partial with traction modes and a lifting capacity of 300 and750 kg. In hall 2 two ceiling suspensions in front of the stage with traction modes and a lifting capacity of 300 kg.

Regulations for the Use of Auditoria
- Permanently installed technical equipment must only be dismantled or re-fitted by the hotel’s own technical staff. If permanently installed technical equipment (CEE sockets, grounding outlets, spotlights, loudspeakers etc.) has been damaged, the organizer shall bear the repair costs.
- The organizer shall meet the technical parameters and dimensions.
- The black-out curtains in all exhibition rooms are operated electrically, manual operations are basically not permitted.
- All facilities for suspending loads can only be used after the necessary arrangements with the hotel’s technical department have been made. The maximum loads must not be exceeded.
- No articles shall be stuck on or glued to the columns, walls, screens and mirrors, nor shall any nails or decorative needles be put in.
- The organizers may put up their individual signposts on the stands provided after having made the relevant arrangements with the hotel management.
- The dismantling work in the rented rooms shall be completed by the time specified as the rooms must be expected to have been rented out again.
- The hotel shall be informed about the expected extent of decorations and other assembly work.
- The hotel does not assume liability for any items lost or damaged.
The organizer shall register directly for the payment of GEMA fees.

- The regulation of the Assembly Room Directive shall apply.
- Fire protection equipment and installations shall be kept freely accessible and in working order. It is not permitted to park vehicles or place other items in the resue paths and on the operating space of the fire department.
- Fire gates and doors must not be obstructed.
- Emergency exit signs must not be covered and emergency exits must not be obstructed.
- If cars will be exhibit, the battery shall be disconnected and the tank must not contain more than 3 litres of fuel.
- Cars shall only be pushed and not driven in closed rooms.
- As a matter of principle, the space below the engine shall be covered with protective mats.
- Decorations, technical and exhibited equipment as well as exhibition stands shall be made of hardly flammable materials.
- The general conditions for organizing fireworks in the MARITIM Hotels shall be observed.
