    Freight lift

    You will find the freight elevator (loading capacity 4775 kg or pressure 5kN/m²) close to the entrance 6000, which is located in the front of the congress center. The measurements of the doors of the freight elevator are 2,10 x 2,20 x 2,40 m (height x width x depth).

    Technical equipment in the halls

    In the halls and the conference rooms you will find various hanging points (load-bearing capacity from 500kg to 2 tons – depending on location) in a raster of 2.5m. The charge is € 5,00 (self installed) or € 25,00 (installed by us) per piece per day.

    Loading ramp

    The loading ramp is located at the entrance 6000 and can carry a load of 2 tons.


    Delivery

    A delivery into the halls is (all around the building) possible, even directly to the stage of the Great Hall, since it is at ground level.

    Technical conditions

    - Extension of or modification to fixed installation technical facilities may only be undertaken with the prior approval of the ICD and must be carried out by in-house building services.
    - In the event of damage to fixed technical items (CEE power points, push-plug sockets, spotlights, loudspeaker etc.) the organizer undertakes to bear any maintenance costs.
    - The organizer is responsible for observing technical data and measurements
    - Room lighting dimming is electrical in all rooms and manual operation is forbidden.
    - The use of existing suspension facilities is only allowed in agreement with the building services and must be within the maximum permissible loads.
    - Cabling in the respective rooms must be via the cable ducting provided.

    Fire service conditions

    - The regulations of the Places of Assembly Ordinance apply.
    - Fire prevention installations must be freely accessible and able to function.
    - Parking vehicles or placing other objects on escape routes, parking and moving areas reserved for the fire service is forbidden.
    - Fire doors and gates must not be blocked.
    - Emergency exit signs must not be covered, emergency exits must not be blocked.
    - In the case of exhibition vehicles the battery must be disconnected and the tank must contain no more than 3 litres of fuel.
    - In closed rooms vehicles may only be pushed.
    - Protective matting must be placed under the engine compartment and tyres.
    - Decorations, furnishings and exhibition booths must only consist of materials highly resistant to fire.
    - The conditions for carrying out fire works in Maritim Hotels must be observed.

    Miscellaneous

    - Sticking items on columns, walls, screens and mirrors etc. as well as hammering in nails or decorative pins in columns, curtains and walls is forbidden in the entire ICD.
    - Individual signage by the event organiser may only be used after prior approval of the ICD.
    - Dismantling work must be completed within the agreed time period.
    - For setup work after 10 pm a technician must be present. The technician will be charged at € 35,00 per hour incl. of VAT.
    - The ICD shall be notified regarding the scope of anticipated decoration and setup work.
    - Should the setup of exhibitions / events involve valuable goods a security person must be hired.
    - GEMA fees hall be notified and settled directly by the organiser.
