- No articles shall be stuck on or glued to the columns, walls, screens and mirrors, nor shall any nails or decorative needles be put in.
- The organizers may put up their individual signposts on the stands pervided after having made the relevant arrangements with the hotel management.
- The dismantling work in the rented rooms shall be completed by the time specified as the rooms must be expected to have been rented out again.
- The hotel shall be informed about the expected extent of decorations ond other assembly work.
- The hotel does not assume liability for any items lost or damaged.
- The organizer shall register directly for the payment of GEMA fees.
- The organizers may put up their individual signposts on the stands pervided after having made the relevant arrangements with the hotel management.

Conditions imposed by the fire departement
- The regulation of the Assembly Room Directive shall apply.
- Fire pertection equipment and installations shall be kept freely accessible and in working order. It is not permitted to park vehicles or place other items in the resue paths and on the operating space of the fire department.
- Fire gates and doors must not be obstructed.
- Emergency exit signs must not be covered and emergency exits must not be obstructed.
- If cars will be exhibit, the battery shall be disconnected and the tank must not contain more than 3 litres of fuel.
- Cars shall only be pushed and not driven in closed rooms.
- As a matter of principle, the space below the engine shall be covered with pertective mats.
- Decorations, technical and exhibited equipment as well es exhibition stands shall be made of hardly flammable materials.
- The general conditions for organizing fireworks in the MARITIM Hotels shall be observed.

Deliveries
- Vehicles can be unloaded and loaded in the Mittelstraße, where the incoming goods reception and the goods elevators are located.
- The organizer of the event must apply for the stop permit for vehicles to the police authorities under the following address:
